nothing compares
despite how enjoyable last night's scrapbooking/cake making/bachelor watching comiseration collaboration was, this morning i woke up really anxious and unhappy. day 6, 29 to go. at least we're into the 20s?? i might come home again this weekend... unless something better is going on around chapman... i wish this cough would go away.

i flippin love phi sig alum. it was fantastic to see jac and stokes and ms nesbit today. and then later in the evening anz and i had a talk like when we lived together, and jenna came over and made us all laugh. it reminded me that there's more going on in the world ( Read more... ) -

so i didn't get out of my pajamas today until like 630 pm. and let me tell you, it was NICE. watched a lot of DH, a little dr phil, and some queer eye. hung out with the dogs. got dressed for about an hour and went on a mini-kristinmas shopping trip, and now i'm back in pjs about to start a book ( Read more... ) -

this is the sound of settling
some hippy wrote a poem about klimt's painting called the kiss. it's one of my favorites, and this hippy was pretty cynical. i still think it's fantastic.
it has become my personal mission to actually wear my cute shoes i've been buying. i will not succumb to the easy comfort of daily rainbow wear. maybe i will- we'll see
