It sounds like TD isn't much better than Royal or CIBC. I'm sure they have one centralized "annoy our customers department" where they all get together and have meetings about how best to pester people.

My brother is a huge fan of the Steam Whistle...but I haven't tried it yet. Does it have the stamp of approval...as long as you're on the level about it.
