The Sensation of Falling Just As You Hit Sleep by greywash
(WIP) One of my favourite post-Reichenbach fic. I usually avoid WIPs for various reasons but this one grabbed me from the beginning and it has been updated almost daily. What I like the most about it is that it doesn't focus on either John or Sherlock, but rather on how both of them cope with the aftermath of the fall. Highly recommended.
