[The sort of coincidences that lead to these meetings are the sort Nel really doesn't like. It's not so much that she wants to avoid Hitsugaya as that she would prefer to have a bit of advance warning about him.

But today that is not to be. She's on her way back home from a little training session when she walks past him on the road, and she can't very well just ignore him... Well, she could, but she's not that rude. Instead she gives him a polite nod of her head.]

[He certainly is surprised. He'd sensed her, off to the side, and switched direction. Don't ask him why. He should have kept going and he knows it.

He stops in front of her, raises a brow, and clears his throat; it's a pleasant surprise to see her actually meditating, but this must mean she didn't get his message over the journal.]
