Must-See TV

I hear chatter on my f-list about all these shows I've never/barely seen. Some of them sound cool, but I don't even know which to begin with. Help me?

Poll What to watch?

(If you choose the 'something else' option, don't say House, Supernatural, CSI or Buffy/Angel. Tried those out and they weren't my cup 'o tea.)

Also, for the following line from the 2nd episode of the new season: "You aren't new lawyers here. If you were, you would have been in the season premiere."

Okay, my resistance is almost nil now. Is the first season on dvd?

They SERIOUSLY did. It was William Shatner too, which always makes it better. I got the beginning part of the line down, but he did in fact say, "... you would have been in the season premiere."

They've done it before, and it's always funny.

Honorable mention still goes to James Spader and his comment when his phone rang to say, "Oh it's my lover," then upon answering it, to say, "Hi Denny."

First season IS available on DVD, and in fact, I bought it for myself when I bought my dad House for Father's Day, and he made me trade so he could have BL and I would have House. Which I mean, I love House, but I wanted Boston Legal!!!!!!!!

I know for a fact that you will LOVE scrubs. Try Sports night-- if you like the pacing and dialogue and such, THEN try The West Wing (Sorkin wrote both). Veronica Mars is just amazing. BSG is VERY DARK, but honestly one of the best shows on tv.

Um, do you watch Prison Break? Cause if not, you need to. Although jumping in now, you might not understand anything. But Season 1 is on DVD so you could always rent it and watch. lol.
