SBEs are having to deal with nuances within the election law that either don't account for record registrations or conflicts between registrations and tax information that create questions of residence and legitimacy (like kids registering to vote where they school not where they live).

Unfortunately many voting laws exist not to ease voting so much as limit the ease of fraud. It's not an effort do disenfranchise voters and is usually handled by a timely response from the voter (hopefully the young lady mentioned was able to fix everything and vote).

Both sides are going to be screaming fraud this year.
