Congrats to those who commented quickly enough! Believe it or not, everyone one at least one of the prizes (obviously) but no one walked away with the biggest one of them all! I forgot to ask, where did you get the light textures you used on 7, 12, 15, 17, and 20? I've been looking for some good light textures and those are perfect.

They're not exactly light textures. They're based off the techniques talked about here. It takes a lot of practice (I don't think I ever ctrl+z [undo] so much with a technique before!), but it really does add a nice effect. I don't pull it of as well as hers, mostly because I wasn't a) trying 100% to make it look exact, and b) like I said, it's hard!. But yeah, that's all!

SO PRETTY! I love #03 - the coloring, the cropping, the little brush (texture?) in the middle; just everything about that icon oozes perfection. Also love #10 (gorgeous cropping!) and #07. And then from the second batch... I seriously adore every single icon. #12 is especially pretty (the light source coming from the top is amazing! so, so pretty.) and icons #17 and #20? I cannot tell you how many times I have seen icons made out of those caps, there have been so freaking many of 'em, but those two? Hands down the best I have ever seen. They're just so soft and lovely and oh god, do I wish I were a B/A shipper, because #17 is just amazing.

I don't even know how I'm supposed to manage getting through doors due to this big head you and Stephanie are going to give me thanks to all your compliments on each entry! Tsk tsk. Seriously though, this comment is so nice. Especially the last two, given that even though I haven't been in the Buffy fandom, I already knew that with a scene like that in Becoming it had have been one of those overly iconned scene. So yeah, thanks! ♥ ♥ ♥

I don't know if I've already asked you yet, but who did/do you ship with Buffy? I'm on s4 right now, she's just started dating Riley, and there's been Angel already, but I know she eventually hooks up with Spike. Like I told you already, no ship (with Buffy anyway) has jumped out at me like it has some shows. It's weird. I don't think I shipped B/A only because like their whole story together is so "OH THE DRAMA!" and "WOE IS ME" type thing, y'know? Riley is cute, and Spike is funny, but I think he's funny on his own. I guess I'll have to see it develop to find out if I see anything there. Aside from ( ... )
