I've totally started to appreciate Minneapolis's scene, which is weird, because, if you know me, you'd know the first thing I'd say is "I was born in the wrong music scene." I usually hate Minneapolis's bands - they don't seem to offer much musically, and even then have trouble producing good stable songs that are able to keep my attention.

I would only add that Lights Out Dancing is amazing. I'm not a huge fan of SIL, but the other two bands are great.

even if you aren't a fan of SIL you can't deny that they have a recipe for success. and lots of it.

yeah, they're amazing! they played a really good set on friday, and i noticed lights out dancing isn't as nervous performing anymore, too.
