My book list (it's rather old, but I'm hoping to update it soon) is located here, if you're interested in some new finds. I'm going to add Lolita to my "must-read" list though, because you kept mentioning quotes from it!

Lolita is a strange book.. The narrative is oddly (for want of a better word) written, and really heavy on the little-girl-lust. It's a strange but really gripping read, I had to read it at twice to make sense of it but maybe that's just me? =p

Merci for the recs doll <3 I'm going book shopping tonight so I'll make sure they're top of my list =P

Love you darling <33

hi hun

I was looking for some new lj friends and Samantha (lilacwine) recommended you!

Please add me back :)

ps: I had to laugh with recognition when I read this because I could say the same thing myself - "A brunette with blue eyes, a stick thin figure and a gorgeous tan. I wish my boobs were bigger though."

Nice list! I just finished A Certain Age but can't decide if I liked it or not. I need to think on that one.
