my day began
with a chicken artichoke avocado sandwich.

spent the day on the coast of natural bridges. tide pools, kites, monarchs. sitting in a rafiki tree, running from the waves, discovering hidden paths, cheap laughs, overwhelming natural highs.

fantastical.

One day it was raining and I put my dad's rainboots on and took a walk. I picked up trash. That was really nice and peaceful. As you would say a natural high.
