Ode to a Grecian Formula: Part 2

a/n  Before anyone gets too excited, we just wanted to let you know that this isn’t going to be a full blown fic.  We’re actually working on that in between the chaos that is our real lives.  But we’ve been horribly lax in updating the LJ so we decided on a minificlet to pass the time until we can finish the big one.

“Rodney, open this goddamn door ( Read more... )

Well, we all really, really appreciate you guys thinking of us and giving us awesome little fics like these to tide us over in between the big ones. 'Cause it's just ridiculous how addictive this series is. :o)

Wow. John locked in a *closet* by his *husband*. Oh, the irony! And he actually had Rodney arrested for it. Too bad Atlantis doesn't have an equivalent to "Cops". This would make a kick-ass episode. Can't *wait* to see what happens next! :o)

With my white trash genes, I've already seen several relations on Cops. The last thing I need is Rodney being pulled from a trailer park cursing my ass while I throw beer cans at the cop car he's being loaded into.

Ohhhh, Rodney! *hugs* Just because he's insane with worry doesn't mean that he's going to be wrong.

Looking forward to further adventures. Short, long, it doesn't matter--it's just great to hear from you. (And happy to know you're working on a nice long fic for us.)

Congrats on the Stargate Awards! I voted for you both (and liketheriver) a lot more than you won, but I guess it's good to spread the awards out over all the great authors who were represented this year.

Insane is such a harsh word....excessive mental stress brought about by concern for the man I married that has resulted in rather extreme reactions to his fucking lunatic ideas is probably a much better description.

(a/n Thanks so much! We're thrilled with the wins and flattered that you voted for more. But, yes, it was nice to see a nice variety of winners.)

Hey, be glad it's a single occupant cell. On Earth you'd have a cellmate named Bruno who'd totally make you his bitch.
And then John'd have to creatively kill him.
After you made a bomb out of the contents of the medicine cabinet and set it off up Bruno's ass.

I love your fics whatever size they may happen to be. And I understand Rodney's reaction. Having bad things happen on a memorable day just makes one more paranoid than if they happened randomly. I hope Rodney is wrong about John being in danger. I'll just have to wait and see.

Any day that John nearly dies becomes pretty memorable in my book.
