dear annie, im going to read 100 yrs of solitude also, but in spanish. thats the original language of the work i believe. if now, im not going to read it at all.

i think im only going to read books in spanish for awhile with the exception of book clubs. i want to but its also a sacrifice that i believe

Correct, Spanish is the original language. I would love to read it in Spanish but I'm not sure that I'm up to that yet. I might read it in English first and then return to it. Maybe if you read it in Spanish we can compare opinions and see we got different impressions of it.
