[Christmas...is in two weeks. Which leaves Rise not that much time for presents, and it's even worse when you're stuck trying to learn something to make those and it isn't working out. So! Time to appeal to the masses- and hopefully find someone who might know something ( Read more... )

...get the knots to be in the correct place?

I've tried so many times, but they always end up in the wrong spot and the beads go all over!

Well, when you go to tie the knot don't tighten it just yet, keep it loose. You're going to need a pin or needle to place into the loop you just made, then with the pin or needle still inside the knot, use it to push the knot down towards the end bead until the knot and pin are flush up against the bead. Keep the knot up against the bead while you slip the pin out. Then just pinch your fingers above the knot and try to slide it down more to make it more snug.
