Living in an apartment doesn't mean you wont see other people anymore. It just means you'll have to be more pro-active in seeking out those who you do want to see. I'm actually looking forward to moving out when I'll be able to invite people over for a game of Smash.

Eh, I think you were justified in your actions. I mean you've still got two whole quarters left to live with your roommate, so it wouldn't be a good idea to spark tensions between you guys. I agree that that was an incredibly insensitive thing to say, but sometimes you just have to let things go.
