it feels so hard to be so far away, and yet i am really amazed at how connected i feel to this event, how close i feel to everybody right now, so powerful. welcome baby van! how long do you think i should wait to call and wish her well- i don't want to overwhelm her right now, but i definitely want her to know how much i'm thinking about her and how amazing i think she is.
