I am thinking about you and your dad, and will keep you both in my prayers! I am so sorry to hear this news, and if there's anything I can do long distance, just let me know!!! I love you!

My heart goes out to you. I can truly empathize. About ten years ago my father had a massive heart attack. I thought I would loose him for sure. He had already had heart problems and a fight with cancer. He had a triple by-pass among many other things. He finally managed to bounce back. I, much like you, love my Daddy like no one else. I also share your feelings of not totally realizing that they will not be with us forever. My Daddy has always been so strong, and to see him so weak frightened me. I completely understand where you are right now, and I know it's hard. I think your Daddy knows that you are there for him. To me, to hear you talk about your Dad, makes me think you share a special bond with him that no one else really understands. I think your Dad knows how much you care and appreciates your company.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
