Standardized testing everywhere.... even to get a job....?

So according to this lovely standardized test, which is apparently highly accurate in judging how well a teacher works with at risk/high poverty level Ss, I shoud not be teaching.

It's good to know that 4 years of schooling, and 60,000ish dollars went down the drain. *watches water circle down the pipe with the money and education*....

mehh...since when have standardized tests ever been completely accurate in predicting outcomes in specific scenarios?

I dont' actually believe that I am a horrible teacher - I just know I won't be interviewing for that particular district....
