this is a quote that one of my friends put up on her xanga. and she put this up there cuz, not alot of ppl know, but she is cutting herself. and i really need prayers 4 herself and for me. please help....please

I'll definately be praying for your friend. I have a friend who is similar to this. She has gotten a lot better, but she still has moments.

She is hurting...Like John Bailey said "When people are hurting inside, they hurt themselves and the ones around them." I think he was mostly meaning emotional hurt, but what she is doing to herself seems pretty emotional. It makes me just want to find her and hug her and tell her everything will be alright and there is light at the end of the tunnel..even though it may feel really hopeless right now. Just let her know how much you love her..and try to stay very positive around her...If you think she may be in any serious danger, you may want to be brave and tell an adult who is close to her or you..she may need some type of help.
