Okay... I've been thinking... I need a topic for the Dessert Conference... They're already asking me to submit my presentation... Here's what I've thought of so far. Which one do you think is the best

I like the first one. It sounds like you could talk about a lot more. ^^ But really any of them will be loved if you hand out free samples!

I like all three of those ideas, but I think the second one sounds the most about cooking rather than design. And since you say the presentation is about cooking desserts rather than design elements of desserts... although, if you decide you like the first or third idea more, I am certain you would be able to include plenty about the cooking process itself.
