That little guy really is a HOOT. He sure is a talker! I get such a kick out of listening to him explain Pokemon to me. Thank you so much for going with me to Jen's new abode. (hopefully) I know we should probably ask Jen her opinion but it's great fun to plan her house for her! The lower part is 700 sq.ft. so it would be less than we thought. I love being with you lady! I still need to get into your hot tub. I got in mine last night and it really does make the back feel better. Wish I had one of those handy dandy lid lifters like yours!

I sure don't mind if you guys want to help plan! I love talking about decorating! Ask my mom, HGTV is one of my favorite channels. I love seeing before and after pictures and knowing just how much difference a little bit of paint and some elbow grease can make ( ... )
