Does anyone (even you anonymous people I don't know who read this) know anything about college scholarships? Can I apply for them, even though I'm not in college or high school? I've been out of high school for about four years. I'm not in college, I'm not accepted to any colleges, and I haven't even taken the ACT yet. But can I still apply for
