Writer's Block: What Next?

I just think we cease to exist when we die. Our body will continue to be around (in some form or another...), but all 'mind' activity will stop. This concept feels very foreign to me--I have a hard time conceiving of my thoughts just not being there. Hah, browsing through the answers and yours is the only answer that comes anywhere near my thoughts. This is pretty much how I feel about the matter too, non-existence is inevitable and utterly terrifies me to my core. Cheerful! Want to be friends?

LOL, it's the wondrous pineal gland, the seat of the soul! Fear not, C.A., and just hope that, for some obscure reason, Descartes was correct.
Just kidding. (As you know,) I agree with you. To be frank, I'd rather COMPLETELY ignore the thought of non-existence ('mu,' if we're to use proper Japanese and indulge your language fetish). So if you'll excuse me, I will now go find a way to distract myself from that fearful idea.
