I have written about my friend Chris before & I am sure I will write about him again but I thought I would share this with you all. My friend Chris was killed by a hit & run drunk driver on April 9th 1998. He was walking along a river with another friend from high school. I have always wondered about Travis seeing his best friend get killed

Wow, that's really awful! I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend.. it must be nice to know that there are still people out there talking about his story.

I am ok with Chris being gone, I really do believe that everything happens for a reason and that if he didn't die that night, he would have had a worse fate later on in life.

Your right it is nice that the story is still being told - Not for the fact that I think people may have forgotten Chris but in the hopes that someone who drinks & drives will read this & know the consequences and know that not only are they & the victim affected but friends & family are as well - it's been over 9 years and I feel just as affected today as I did in April 1998.
