Yes there is really a ghost in St.Paul. I guess it happened a long time ago, it was prom night and her date killed her or drown'd her in the saloon/lake thing. And every night she comes back at midnight and she waits for him to come back. You see her and she's really pretty but you can't really see her face only her image,

how scary, it she mean? I am gonna move to St. Paul at the begining of the summer. Maybe I will go see her some time.

I don't think she's mean. I wouldn't know cuz i was too chicken to get out of the car and stand on the bridge but you got to be crazy to do that.
