I would say go up to him and tell him how you feel,
and be very direct.

I agree! Tell him how you feel, even though that is really scary. Just think, if I did it, then anyone can haha Oh life. At least if you tell him, you'll know exactly what to do. Hopefully you'll be able to make that move you've been wanting to. ^^
