aw, it's not because of *you* but because there's just a lot of flaky people on craigslist. people that might not be as serious as finding a place as you are.. funny how we had nearly identical experiences with people "fleeing" the scene from our apartments. um, gosh.. people have to get out of their picket fences more often!!
