If you run across something with a red curry recipe, please share it. That chicken in red curry sauce thing you had me try at the Jasmine Garden was fantastic.

Yea, that dish is so wonderful!! I was looking at the book last night and ran across a few, one in particular is very comparable to the one we tried. I'll type it up and post it. :)
