Think about some of this more critically. You haven't lost everyone around you. You've lost Gavin and you feel as though you've lost me. That's it though. :) You have your other friends, your family is closer than ever, you have Troy.
I know you feel like things aren't any better, and maybe they aren't yet. Maybe they're just different for now. But things are getting on track. At least that much is true. No matter how often you go to work or what happens with your job. It's better than doing nothing, which I know you would far prefer to do.
What more do you have? A chance at a happy life. You do have that chance and please don't rob yourself of it. You don't want to feel like this forever. Maybe it's even a little comfortable right now, but you don't want it forever. Just keep pushing through, you will thank yourself in the end.
Hang in there. :) And keep posting. Even if it's private, I'm sure it will help you gain perspective.
