I have to give my trial level oral argument tomorrow and I am so. not. prepared. Surprised? (you shouldn't be). All I want to do right now is kick back and drink a beer or maybe a strawberry daquiri. I think we've both seen her ad-libbing an argument...ie, Ass vs. No Ass...

and Ass must've won.

What would an Ass versus No Ass argument look like? Would there be statistical evidence of why Ass is more beneficial to society (a pure policy theory)? Would No Ass's defense include it's ability to fit into more stuff? I'm really pulling at straws here... I would so lose that argument.

Fortunately, I'm a little more familiar with my oral argument today (lesbians). No personal experience, really - unless you include the fake kiss my former roomate and I engaged in to get free shots. But whatever. I'm so gonna win this.

By the way, I'm sittin' up in Con Law, praying that I don't get called on because I have NO CLUE what's going on. Something about coercion? Maybe?
