Law Students - What's your appellate brief topic?

Mine deals with whether or not news reporters are privileged from testifying as third party witnesses in civil trials. Mine is based on Title IX, and whether or not a University fell within either the first or third "safe harbor" provisions promulaged by federal regulation. Actually, I don't have to prove whether or not they did, but just rather there is a genuine issue of material fact between the parties, as this is an appeal from a district court case that was settled via summary judgment.

Either way, it's incredibily boring.
