Its 3 a.m. Who do I call?

Its weird... In high school when I was havin all these problems, I remember just about everyone coming to me and saying the same thing.  "Im gonna be here for you.  When you feel upset I want you to call me... Even if it's 3 in the morning."  Well it's 3 in the morning now and who am I supposed to call?  No one is online, well, one person was but,

I can give you my cellphone number, but I'd be surprised if you even remembered me. And I agree with you, They should have called the hospital. But Parents aren't always rational. But you are eighteen now, you could try checking yourself in...and I really didn't mean that to come out as callous as it sounded. I'm glad you're venting. I'm not sure if it made you feel better, but I'm happy you have an outlet of some sort. =^_^=
