actually no. they dont keep all the drugs for themselves. and anyone caught with drugs or drinking and driving desreves to be in jail. you are also wrong about cops kids getting away with anything. i know about this kid that goes to saint martin that did something and now hes under house arrest. and his dad is a cop. make sure you know what your talking about before you talk.
