Breakup

No, there is nothing wrong with Chad and I.  We are still happily married...I've just been thinking a lot about my life ~ my past, present, and future and for some reason I feel like I need to write this entry.

I just spent the last hour or so reading one of my friend's livejournals.  I like to learn about people and what makes them tick...what they ( Read more... )

Do you think they are such morons because they can't help it or because we let them?
anyway...sounds like your "Stock the Bar" party was a hit ~ FUN! :)

Your relationship with J sounds like my first serious relationship when I was 18. It lasted 3 years. It was the worst time of my life and "depressed" is hardly the word for it. I've always been cheated on by every guy I've been with since then and including him. But, I don't think it's me. I think it's my choices. I know the one for me is out there. And what has kept me optimistic about relationship during my breakup with TJ, has seriously been reading about your relationship with NinjaChad. :)
That a love like that does exist in the normal world, makes it worth it to keep trying.

Thank you for such a sweet comment. *hugs*

I think a certain amount of heartbreak is a good thing. Like I said in my post, if you don't experience the horrible how will you be able to distinguish the incredible? :) I've been cheated on countless times but I've also been the cheater. Both positions suck. I think it comes from lack of control and the thrill or doing something naughty. It makes me want to punch myself in the face now though! I was with J. from the time I was 15 until around 20ish. That time in a woman's life is crucial to development...unfortunately the person I held the closest to my heart didn't find it necessary to cherish it. Sounds like you went through the same crap. But you live, you learn, right? :)

I believe there are lots of someones out there who could make you happy...and as cliche as it sounds, when you least expect it......BAM! :)

I'm looking forward to reading about the "BAM"!
