yoga was pointless tonight. I couldn't switch off and I couldn't concentrate on my breathing, so I just did the postures and hurt myself. My back is going to be so sore tomorrow. I'm still hurting from washing the car on Monday. I did a damn good job, scrubbing inside and out. I bummed about lots on Monday too. Then I went to the Theatre.
