Oh my lord, that was probably the hottest fic I've read in the fandom! I'm kind of surprised I didn't know you from the Batman-Dark Knight fandom already. (But then, I was only active fic-wise for a short time before real life obligations tore me away from LJ for a few months.) That was incredible. *whew*

I will not have hate sex with the Joker.
Oh god, Bruce, no! Don’t say that! Where would the fandom be without hate sex? I’m so glad his resolve doesn’t last.

In fact, given the Joker's proclivity towards premature ejaculation where all things Batman were concerned, he was surprised the clown hadn't come already.
Hottest sentence in the fandom.

Funny how in order to bring humanity to the Joker, he had to lose some of his own.
Most epic summary of their pairing.

It had to hurt. He punched the clown in the face, just in case it didn't.
Hottest sentence in this fic.

Well done. I'm impressed :)

I get wordy. I hope this response doesn't balloon out of control like I fear it may. Sorry if it does.

First off, fucking thank you. You made my day today. It's real nice to get compliments from someone whose work you admire. So what if it's only fanfiction!!?? Still real nice.

Hmm...why haven't we run into each other? The place I posted all my Batman stuff was mainly batmanjoker. Although I understand RL obligations. They tried to keep me from finishing this, but I just wound up writing pieces of it at work! (What else are you supposed to do when everyone's out of the office for the holidays ( ... )

No warnings/apologies necessary. (I’m sure this is going to get lengthy too.) That’s what she said. It’s a pleasure to have a slightly deeper discussion about fic than the sweet-but-often-inadequate “Wow, hot!” kind of comment. I like doing it like this -- in personal journals rather than in comms. It’s like you said in your other note down there -- discussing the writing process can possibly come off as taking it over-seriously. (But no, I didn’t interpret what you said that way, don’t worry! I’ve done/said/felt the same thing myself. You obviously love writing and do it because you just HAVE to get the ideas OUT ( ... )

Oh shit, and if any of the above sounds like I take myself or any writing at all seriously then I sincerely apologize. That is so not the case!

Sorry, I've noticed my human communication skills have really sucked lately!

Oh, that is so cool. I don't mind at all. I'm really, really glad you enjoyed it. A good last line, I believe, is key.

Thanks for stopping by!
