WHY am I suddenly having dreams every night? I wake up after sleeping for eleven hours (yeah.) more tired than I was the night before, all because my mind is not at rest. I don't understand.

eleven hours?? haha lucky you.

but if you wake up after your dreams you usually shouldn't be tired since you're in REM sleep which is deep sleep.. usually if you're tired after you sleep a lot it's because you woke up from stage 3 or 4 i think.

then again i really don't know much hahaha but the professor i help out knows a lot on sleep :D

we should eat sometime

YES we should eat sometime! And you're kind of nerdy for knowing all of that stuff about sleeping haha.

You dream every night, you're just remembering them now.

i often times think about all the things i need to take care of or things i am having trouble with, when i go to bed. when i start realizing that i'm thinking to much (since i know if i keep it up i wont be getting any sleep that night) i start literally counting sheep or numbers

I actually think it's the opposite for me- I think about so many things that things just kind of blur together and I fall asleep. I've tried doing numbers but that just keeps me up.

Wouldn't you say having dreams is cooler than not?
