it depends on what context you use "pitcher" and "catcher" with ;)
Abe is the catcher, but is usually the seme (though that depends. When he's paired up with another character it is not so... so I guess he's reversible?)
Mihashi is the pitcher, but is always an uke.
I think the writer tries to confuse us on purpose HAHA.
