School does generally suck, a lot. I just started midterms - one last week (plus the GRE), one tomorrow, one next tuesday, a fellowship due a week and a half after that, and I have a paper about Freud and ghosts due waaaaaay too soon. And teaching assistants are just stupid, stupid people.

Also, rather than make two comments - what was up with the xxx earlier? Just having a bad day and opting describe it via abbreviations for poison?

Adults who teach teenagers have a complex that makes them believe that they know what is best for every single individual that walks through their doors on a daily basis and attempt to pass along this supernatural knowledge to every teenager whom they can possibly reach.

In my school, if you were in a fall sport you did not march. Period, end, no room for argument. Sounds like you need that.

Male band directors and female students seem to have an uncanny ability to not get along. *ponders*

We don't have the option not to march. We can't be in concert band but not in marching band. Or I sure as hell wouldn't be marching.
And it's against the school rules for us to have to pick. We have weird rules in our district.
I used to get along with my band teacher.. just. not anymore
