Tired and Thoughtful

Well, here i am... sitting listening to the sounds that echo through my house. Downstairs are the sounds of my parents voices as they speak their thoughts to each other. Upstairs the the air conditioner is quietly humming away and will soon be silent.  Right next to me my dog's breathing can be heard as he drifts off to sleep. Aside from these
