How old were your kids when they started sleeping through the night?
What bedtime routines worked for you?

Which time??!! Actually, with both girls, they seem to fall into the same pattern - stn pretty early (I think Tallia was doing it consistently around 4 months) only to throw it all to the wind and get into an "up 15 times/night" routine for a few weeks, shake, repeat... Abigail was a bit slower, but she was sleeping for all but one short waking between 4-5 months. Month 5-6 was sleeping hell, and she's back to sleeping pretty well all night. Tallia, at 3, still goes through weird phases where she'll get up several times in the night, for a few weeks.

As for routine, we pretty much follow the same for both girls...bath, turn down the lights, turn on the music, warm up the room, snuggle for a bit with bottle or book, into bed. Abigail usually falls asleep within 5 minutes, if she isn't already asleep when we put her down. Tallia takes anywhere from 15 minutes - 2 hours to fall alseep. Bedtime starts between 6-6:30 for Abigail, 6:30-7 for Tallia.

Sorry - screaming Abby...back later.
