I've just managed 30 lengths at swimming today.  If the pool wasn't so packed I think I would have managed 32 and that's 1/2 mile woohoo!

I have also found a white line on my shoulder so..... I have a suntan, chances are it'll be gone by the time I see anyone so I have written it here as my proof instead.

in that case im ripped and have a six pack but it will be gone by the time i find a camera, but its written here as proof instead :D
