I use trips as an excuse to eat piles of delicious junk. This weekend that included, but was not limited to: pasta, chocolate, ice cream, French bread, butter and cake. I did all this while reading Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food. I didn't make it too far into the book, but I don't reckon that's the kind of food he meant
