so i woke up yesterday and my knee was killing me. I woke up today i couldn't even walk. The pain was insane. Went to infirmary and by judging my reactions to pressures in certain areas they were able to pinpoint a tendon that was stretched out and strained so they were like yeah u have tendonitus in ur knee. fucking blows. barely can walk.
