I am the most stupid person ever and I hate myself. Good God, I can't beleive I forgot it... Not only did I forget a take home test that was already late, but I forgot the take home FINAL! ARGH! >< I hope to GOD the teacher is nice enough to let me drop it off in his mailbox tomorrow. I put everything in my book so I wouldn't forget it... ( Read more... )

I did not know that you had an interest in flying. We took my grandfather to an open house at Selfridge Air Force Base some years ago. My grandfather though about flying nearly every minuet, of every day. The day we took him to the air show Eddie Rickenbacker was there. We got Rickenbacker to talk to my grandfather for a pretty long time. My grandfather wanted to be in WWI, but he had done something stupid when he was a teenager. He was cutting fire wood one day and brought the axe back on his ankle and cut the alkalis tendon. So he went into engineering and later became a doctor. Eddie Rickenbacker was a WWI flying ace the all the stories were told about. Actually he shot down twenty-six planes in two months of aerial combat. He also found the land and created Selfridge ( ... )
