i have to do some walking meditation before i can go to work. not a good sign.

wow. that's really all i gotta say for this entry.

oh, and the orishas ain't bad either, with their booty-shakin moves.

on the food front, i've been cooking and feeling very proud o myself.

closed out the summer with the mother of all colds.  or maybe it was the plague.  actually had to use sick days for being sick!  such a waste.  sadly, i infected others, including K-sKandY, who had to take the valium that she's been saving for *five* years.
