We would like to announce that we have added a new service to provide alternatives for your online shopping experience!!!
From now on, we provide services to top-up your Alipay account ( 支付宝充值 ) or Taobao Sprees services ( 淘宝网代购 )
Please refer to below for the administrative charges and T&Cs.

We will process the top up daily at 9pm - 10pm.

Taobao Sprees / 淘宝网代购
Exchange Rate:

Agent Fees:
10% 5% (New year Promo)
International Shipping Charges:
S$13.00 for 1st 500g
S$ 6.00 for every subsequent 500g
*The above charges is not applicable for cosmetics, LCL will advise accordingly*
Payment:
1st Payment = ( Item cost + China domestic shipping ) * 1.1 / 4.75
2nd Payment = International shipping + Singapore shipping
Process Flow:
Spree-er place order + 1st payment -> LCL confirm & place order in TB -> LCL make payment for TB's order -> Seller ship out items to LCL's courier in China -> Courier ship to LCL -> LCL receive parcel -> LCL sort out & post to spree-er
The whole process usually takes about 1.5 weeks to complete. However, do take note that the process time is varied depending on sellers' speed and items stocks status.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Lil Cielo does not hold responsibility for any damage / defected / wrong / lesser items received from sellers or lost items during delivery.
2. Lil Cielo will not be held responsibility for the authenticity of the items purchased.
3. No payment = No order
4. Lil Cielo reserves the rights to close the sprees earlier OR cancel the spree if response is not satisfied.
5. Registered postage is highly recommended, Lil Cielo will not be held responsible for any lost items during delivery.
