Soap Opera catch up.... Autism!?!?!`

So back in the day I was a total Days of Our Lives junkie. I was checking my e-mail and it was the only thing on that was slightly interesting. And Guess what? A kid on the show has Autism! I love it when disabilities make it to TV shows! woot! I may just have to watch it this summer.... hmmmm how many brain cells can I sacrifice...

We have a TV in the office… and when my office mate isn’t here I can watch Days.

OK then… Theo’s autism… first of all… He’s supposed to be damn near 6 or 7. Let’s explore that a second…. He’s the same age as Zack would have been. Zack was about 4 or 5 when he was killed. That was about 2 years ago. Secondly autism is generally detected around 1-2 years old. EVEN if Theo isn’t as old as Zack would have been, he is most definitely older than 1-2 years old…. ARG. Not only that… we’ve seen Theo talk and play. If he is autistic, he is a functioning autistic. No issue here. BLAH BLAH BLAH.
