well, they aren't right now...but they were earlier this morning. i got my LASIK surgery done today and i can already see almost perfectly. some things are slightly blurry, but that should go away in a couple days ( Read more... )

I'm in the same boat as James and Brad - would like to do it, but am waiting.

My question is about the laser. Do you have to hold your eye still while they do it? Or is it still on its own? I don't think I could hold still through a light saber noise and all that.

there is a flashing orange light for you to look at. all you have to do is constantly look at the light. there's also a vacuum type ring that's holding your eye plus the eye forecepts. i'm pretty sure there aren't too many problems with eye movement.

I was thinking about getting this done, good to hear everything went well.
