yeah it is...i mean Memphis is one of the top cities for violence that is one reason why i hate it here...i mean we have so many dirty cops its not funny...and its not dirty people paying them off its them abusing their rights as an official...

we constantly have cops in the paper for molestation, rape, accident hit and run, just all kinds of mess...

and to see nothing is being done...and our mayor aint worth shit...hopefully this year he will be replaced in office...

yeah they did catch them...the main guy thats being charged with murder and rape basically confessed to his sister...and they have enough evidence that they know its them
