I can't get my brain to stop RACING at a thousand miles an hour long enough to fall asleep....WTF!!?!?!?!?! I HATE INSOMNIA!!

A glass of wine about half an hour or so before bed usually helps me, and if its red, or a dark blush, its usually not too bad tasting, either... I oft have the same issue of my mind going a million miles a minute, thinking about all the things I didn't do or still have to do, and its aggravating... try it :) The Blush Berry or the Uluru Punch at Sherwood are both really good.
